What is the Versaclimber?

The Versaclimber is an exercise machine that offers a low-impact total-body workout simulating climbing. It was created in 1981 and has been incorporated in health clubs, military training, and personal gyms worldwide.

What parts of my body does it work out?

Many other forms of cardio like the treadmill or a spin bike only focus on the lower halves of our bodies and require longer workout times to burn the maximum amount of calories. The Versaclimber works out arms, legs, chest, back, shoulders, and more in one movement.

How tough is it to use?

Like all full-body exercises, the Versaclimber can be tough to use, but the key is to build up.

How long do I need to use it for?

If you want to build strength and endurance, the recommended workout is 30 minutes.
