PRIOR TO THE CLIMB
The Class Basics:
Our classes are composed of a 7-minute warm up, followed by 30 minutes of exercise and conclude with a 7-minute cool down.
When you arrive, give your name at reception and our team will check you in, confirm your class and inform you which climber you will be using. If you have any questions – now is the time to ask!
When you sign up for a class online, you will complete an online waiver. There will also be waivers available in studio, for those who sign up on the spot. Any climbers under the age of 18 need a parent or legal guardian to sign the waiver in order to participate in the class.
